Christian Miller (Chief Revenue Officer) and Alexander Olsen (VP Spend Management & Payment Consulting) Join Expanding Team of USA-based Leadership

Cologne, Germany & New York, NY – 20 June, 2024 – HRS, the leading global corporate lodging and payment technology platform, today announced the appointment of two senior executives to its global management team. Christian Miller, an accomplished leader in enterprise SaaS solutions, test automation, corporate payments and fintech, joins HRS as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer. Miller oversees HRS’ global go-to-market strategy and execution, as well as the company’s corporate sales and account management teams worldwide.

Alexander Olsen, a recognized expert with extensive experience in corporate travel payment platforms, is now the company’s Vice President of Spend Management & Payment Consulting. Olsen directs HRS’ innovative payment technology development and consulting teams, managing the company’s relationships with financial industry and expense management providers and influencing the company’s ongoing refinement of payment, spend and invoice management solutions.

These appointments reinforce HRS’ commitment to the North American corporate travel marketplace, building on new hires the company made in the second half of 2023. Will Pinnell, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas, started with HRS last August. HRS’ Senior Vice President of Consulting Solutions, Tim Wagner, joined HRS in 2023 and guides the company’s industry-leading global hotel procurement team from the company’s New York City office. Tobias Bittner, a five-year HRS veteran, also directs the company’s worldwide marketing efforts from New York. HRS has strengthened its sales, consulting and account management teams across the USA in this same period.

“North America is driving corporate travel’s comeback. More companies are allocating increased dollars for travel across all segments, while also seeking data-driven automation to maximize the value of their lodging spend. Accordingly, HRS is continuing to ramp up our presence, bringing superior expertise to go with our pioneering Lodging-as-a-Service platform,” said HRS CEO Tobias Ragge. “Christian and Alexander exemplify the mix of related industry experience and proven skill sets we are adding to our global team – all focused on helping corporations leverage our AI-infused technologies to save money while also enhancing the traveler experience.”

New HRS Executives Feature Relevant Experience in Digital Platforms & Finance Relationships

Christian Miller most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for Motus, a premier company providing platform-based, data-driven solutions for Fortune 500 companies focused on workplace agility. At Radius Travel, Olsen drove the company’s global corporate agency development program, increasing business travel volume by more than 300 percent in a two-year period. He also spent three years at American Express, where he was Instrumental in transitioning the global client base into the new GBT organization in the 2014-15-time frame.
