Tobias Ragge
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Tobias Ragge is the CEO of the HRS Group. Mr. Ragge is recognized globally across technology and travel industries for his relentlessly disruptive approach to maximizing corporate travel program performance. Since becoming CEO in 2008, he has guided the family-owned company’s transformation into a visionary leader, deploying digitized and data-led platform solutions used today by 40 percent of the Fortune 500 and the world’s most prominent hotel chains.
A pioneer in managed travel, Mr. Ragge has redefined the way business travelers work, stay and pay in destinations worldwide, leveraging innovations in procurement, AI and detailed payment automation to facilitate superior travel experiences. He is the only European named to Business Travel News’ annual list of the 25 most influential executives in business travel four times, most recently in 2021. BTN honored Mr. Ragge for introducing HRS’ groundbreaking Green Stay Initiative, award-winning technology that helps corporations and hotels accelerate more sustainable lodging practices. Mr. Ragge, who holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from EBS University in Wiesbaden, is based at HRS’ headquarters in Cologne, Germany.
Alexandra Barth
Chief People Officer (CPO)
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Business Travel Club
As Chief Executive Officer of HRS Business Travel Club, Alexandra Barth is responsible for the success of the portals HRS.de and HOTEL.de. As Chief People Officer, she is also responsible for the entire Human Resources division of the HRS Group. She joined the company in 2011 and, after holding various management positions in strategic brand management, marketing and communications, was most recently responsible for the strategic and operational management of the hotel booking platforms HRS.de and HOTEL.de. Prior to HRS, Alexandra held various management positions, including product & brand marketing at L’Oréal. She studied business administration, marketing & entrepreneurship at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
Jochen Jaser
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Jochen Jaser is responsible for product management and software development, as well as the worldwide operation and expansion of HRS IT infrastructure. Prior to joining HRS, Jaser served as chief technology officer at BearingPoint Software Solutions, overseeing international product development and managed services for large financial institutions and banking supervision. He previously helmed Matrix42 AG as CEO, leading business and international expansion into 30 countries. He also acted as a CTO at update4u Software AG, where he drove product strategy.
Jan-Christian Werner
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Across more than two decades as a finance and M&A leader, Jan-Christian Werner has built his career by following principles based on digitization, standardization, and collaboration with passionate, entrepreneurial colleagues. A proficient Chief Financial Officer, he has diverse experience, with lengthy periods in the chemical, logistics and oil industries. Before joining HRS in November 2022, he served as Group CFO for the Balta Group, the largest textile floor covering manufacturer in Europe and an international leader with more than €630 million in global consolidated revenue. During his five years with Orion Engineered Carbons in Germany, he was instrumental in managing the company’s IPO on the New York Stock Exchange and implementing standardized KPI and analytical improvement processes.
Jan-Christian leads HRS’ global finance team, leveraging his proven approaches to multi-national structure, procedural enhancement and managed growth as HRS expands its role as a pioneering technology services provider to the payment and travel industries.

Bodo Thielmann
Chief Executive Officer DS
Dr. Bodo Thielmann is CEO and responsible for the strategic development and operational management of DS Destination Solutions, the vacation rental segment of HRS Group, and a member of the HRS Group Management Board.
He has 20+ years of experience in the areas of strategy and operational business development, finance and investments, as well as industry-specific know-how in online travel and many other digital business models. After positions at the headquarters of Deutsche Telekom and the Bertelsmann Group he helped building and expanding the digital portfolio of the Axel Springer Group as COO Electronic Media and Head of New Investments Marketing & Classifieds Division. Since 2016 he has been working in the online travel industry, as Chief Finance & Investment Officer, he led the buy and build expansion of @Leisure Group (Belvilla, DanCenter, TUI Ferienhaus and Traum-Ferienwohnungen) into a leading tour operator and listing platform for vacation rentals in Europe which has renamed OYO Vacation Homes Group since OYO’s takeover in 2019.
Since summer 2020 he is heading HRS Group´s vacation rental division DS Destination Solutions as CEO.

Martin Biermann
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Martin Biermann leads a global team of product and IT professionals to deliver smart and innovative solutions in the areas of data management, sourcing and audit, search and booking, and payments for HRS’ global customer base. Biermann is a serial startup entrepreneur and held various technology leadership positions in digital economy companies, including Rocket Internet, Dropbox and Evernote. He is a member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Technology Committee and is a regular speaker on digital innovation at global industry events hosted by GBTA and The BTN Group.
Philipp von Criegern
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
To date, Philipp has been responsible for the future ecommerce architecture of the Otto Group. Prior to that, he co-founded and led a B2B2C SaaS company for booking systems in the event industry, where he was responsible for product and technology. Furthermore, in his career as consultant and developer, he implemented various transactional systems for some large enterprises and advised post merger integration and digital transformation projects.
Lukasz Dabrowski
Senior Vice President Global Supplier Relations, 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲
As Senior Vice President Global Supplier Relations, Lukasz Dabrowski is responsible for HRS partnerships with largest global hotel organizations and connectivity partners. Until late 2020, he was overseeing the entire HRS Asia-Pacific region as SVP based out of Tokyo, developing business opportunities between hotel partners and corporations in HRS Group’s most important growth region – and efficiently managing the impact of the pandemic. Earlier, between 2015 and 2018 Lukasz was in charge of international hotel and connectivity partnerships, operating out of HRS Group HQ in Cologne. He joined the company back in 2010 as Managing Director for the regional office in Warsaw, spearheading the dynamic growth of the Central-Eastern Europe. Prior to becoming an ‘HRS veteran’, between 1997 and 2010 Lukasz was associated with Marriott International as senior commercial leader across multiple European destinations. He’s been a popular speaker and panelist at Business Travel Show, Global Lodging Forum, ACTE and GBTA conventions, Corporate Lodging Forums and other leading industry events worldwide.
Sonja Klasen
Vice President Customer Delivery & Operations
As Vice President Customer Delivery & Operations, Sonja Klasen is today responsible for global Operations Teams in HRS working with our hotel partner. Until beginning of 2022, she was working as Director Product and Transformation Management, focusing on internal process optimization in the area of HRS Product Management and Implementation. Earlier, between 2011 and 2018 she was a key stakeholder building up the HRS Procurement Solution. With her teams, she was participating in a broad range of corporate hotel sourcing projects, helping companies to optimize hotel program performance. GBTA named her to serve on its Global Hotel RFP Task Force in 2018. Before joining the company back in 2008, Sonja worked as Project Manager in a Hospitality Consulting Firm and known in the industry through her engagement in VDR and HSMA committees in Germany.
Dorothea Rosen
Vice President Global Customer Delivery
After her master’s degree (ESADE Business School & HEC Paris), Dorothea started her professional journey in consulting. After five years, she decided to join HRS as a project manager in the strategy department in 2016 – already back then convinced of the vision. One of her projects resulted in the creation of a new B2B department, the Centre of Excellence for strategic customers. She built up and led this team to create new standards for account management, consulting, delivery and operations. Leveraging upon this experience while simultaneously scaling it to all markets, Today she is the responsible Vice President for the global customer delivery. Together with her team spread in 12 markets, they are driving highest customer satisfaction always taking the customer view first.

Kurt Knackstedt
Chief Growth Officer Pay
Kurt Knackstedt joined HRS as Chief Growth Officer for HRS Pay in June 2021. A globally-respected travel and payment expert, Mr. Knackstedt came to HRS after six years as CEO of Troovo Technologies. Under his leadership, Australia-based Troovo grew its worldwide client base and won awards, including the 2018 “Innovator of the Year” honor for their groundbreaking work on virtual credit cards and automated B2B payment processing. Prior to Troovo, he led the global travel and expense category for Rio Tinto, a prominent mining industry company, from their Singapore location. Mr. Knackstedt is a committed advocate for the managed travel community, having served on the Executive Board of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) for eight years, including a term as President from 2014-17. He has also served in executive roles for American Express, Rosenbluth International and Travelport across his career. A Chicago native, Mr. Knackstedt is based in HRS’ Sydney office, and is a dual citizen of Australia and the USA.
PANAGIOTIS (TAKIS) AGGELOPOULOS

Over the last 18 years, he led global teams and launched numerous software products at scale, either delivered on-premise or as SaaS. He is appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of HRS PAY, the company’s growing and innovative payments business unit. As CTO, Takis is playing a key role in enhancing HRS’ proven payment technology and services, refining the company’s payment platform to facilitate integration on any scale with global and regional corporations. Prior to joining HRS, he was the Group CTO of Profile Software, a premier European Fintech, where led product transformation, launched Digital Banking in a box product, acquired Euronext Centevo, a leading Swedish Fintech, and served as BoD member. Previously, Takis has been appointed as CTO of ATOS Communication and Collaboration Global Business unit delivering real-time collaboration SaaS to 2M+ users of fortune 500 clients. During his Atos tenure, also served as COO Cloud and Managing Director ATOS Greece. In the past 2 decades held several technology leadership positions with Unify, Siemens, and HP. Takis received a Master of Science in Communications Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic & Computer Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, UK. He is recognized as a Member of IET (Institute of Engineering & Technology) for his contributions to the technology & engineering society.

Luca De Angelis joined HRS family in 2013 with a variety of increasing management responsibilities and leadership roles from Corporate Sales up to Markets management. After leading the expansion of HRS Group within both the Italian and Spanish market, he was responsible for Southern and Eastern European region acting as Regional Managing Director. Graduated in Business Management and with an Executive Master from ESADE Business School in Barcelona Luca has got more than 15years experience in Travel and Transportation industry holding several senior positions in sales and working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Meridiana.

Ana Pedersen
Global Head of Insurance & Crisis Solutions
Ana Pedersen, HRS’ Managing Director of Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, joined the company in July 2019.
Ms. Pedersen has worked in managed travel for more than two decades, serving in executive roles for travel management across Australia and the United States. Before joining HRS, she spent two years as Global Director of Sales & Marketing for QBT, a leading Australian TMC. Prior to that, Ms. Pedersen worked for 14 years with BCD Travel, where she attained the role of Vice President – Global Hotel Strategy. During her time with BCD, she worked in three of business travel’s most prominent markets – Australia, Singapore and the United States. Earlier in her career, Ms. Pedersen served in sales and service roles with Qantas Airways. She works in Sydney, overseeing her team of 60+ corporate hotel experts in Australia and New Zealand.

Jason Long
Senior Vice President Business Development
Jason Long oversees a global team of sales and business travel experts, targeting multi-national corporations with significant lodging expenditures to expand HRS sales worldwide. Prior to joining HRS in 2012, Long held various management positions in the travel and technology industries, including for Amadeus IT Group, where he was responsible for the global expansion of Amadeus’ corporate business. He is currently a member and speaker for the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). Jason Long holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng in Electronic Engineering) from King’s College, University of London, and an MBA from IEDE Business School Madrid.
Andreas Schönfeld

Andreas Schönfeld has been part of the HRS Group since January 2016.
Together with his teams, he is responsible for corporate business and hotel sales in Central Europe.
He has 18 years of experience in leading sales positions in IT, software and e-commerce.
Before joining HRS, he worked for well-known companies such as StepStone, Deutsche Telekom AG and the E-Plus Group.
He studied law at the universities of Leipzig and Berlin.
Emmanuel Ebray
Managing Director, Western Europe
Emmanuel Ebray leads the development of innovative solutions in the field of Meetings & Groups. He started off in HRS as Managing Director France early 2011 and was most recently in charge of South East Asia, India and South Korea as Managing Director seated in the Singapore’s. A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Emmanuel Ebray started his career in the functions of management and logistics consulting and production in France, Italy and Morocco within industrial groups such as Bic, Boiron and Yves Rocher. In 2002, he turned to consulting positions in strategy, marketing and sales, working for large leading companies, in the field of Manufacturing, Services and Hospitality (like Accor). In 2008, Emmanuel Ebray was responsible for development affairs segments, leisure and MICE as Sales Director Western Europe of Choice Hotels International.

Over 27 years of rich and meritorious experience with Travel Industry across Geographies and businesses. Neelu has strong industry domain knowledge with excellent understanding of technology in order to respond to the New-Age-Digital-Consumer. Large part of her career has been holding critical roles in Corporate & Online Travel World.
She is no stranger to a startup environment – she started her previous organization, Ezeego1, back in 2005 and was at the helm of affairs for 14 years to firmly establish the brand in the B2B market across geographies as CEO of the group. Prior to that, she has held multiple roles within Kuoni Travel Group in India.
An entrepreneurial mindset with astute Financial and Analytical capability meshed with a keen appreciation of customer and employee expectations and aspirations. Business leader with over 15 years of experience in Sales & Account Management with SAAS Solutions in the business travel industry, leading people, and implementing processes in both national and international environments.
Aline began her career in the corporate travel community at companies such as São Paulo Convention & Visitors Bureau, São Paulo Turismo, Marriott & ALAGEV (LATAM Business Travel Association). Worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Argo Solutions and Business Development Specialist at SAP Concur.
She joined HRS in 2015 as Key Account Manager for LATAM, was promoted to Director of Sales & Management in 2018, and Managing Director for HRS LATAM in 2020. Graduated in Tourism and post-graduated in Business Management (ESPM), recently studied Digital Business at Digital School.

As Managing Director, Mike Ding is responsible for the sales, business relationship development, hotels and partners for HRS in Greater China since 2019. Before that, Mike has served several key regional positions as Managing Director North Asia for BlackBerry, Senior Director SAP Concur, Regional VP North Asia for Aspect, Senior Regional Director APAC for Siemens Enterprise, HP & DEC, etc. Mike holds a

Tatila Downing is vice president of HRS’ North America PAY & STAY business units. She leads a growing team of technology, travel and payment experts as HRS works with a broad range of Fortune 500 companies on their lodging procurement, payment and employee/recruit travel operations. Tatila joined HRS in early 2022 after a distinguished 15 years in the finance industry, highlighted by executive roles at JPMorgan Chase and U.S. Bank. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University. Tatila resides in San Francisco, CA.
