Positive The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Saski (forgive m eif I spelt her name wrong) Negative The waiters in the Italian restaurant were absolutely incompetent. I made four requests for the wine list and it still didn't come. We asked for menus and they just did not arrive. The general ability to serve guests was awful. It was similar in the bar where the service was slow. The pool bar was not much better.
