    - Hellhörige Zimmer, der Lärm aus dem Flur im Erdgeschoss -Bereich Rezeption/ Aufenthaltsbereich- dringt bis in die Zimmer
    - Raucherbereich unmittelbar vor dem Zimmer, unzumutbare Belastung bei geöffnetem Fenster.
    - einfaches, liebloses Frühstück, nicht mal der Kaffee schmeckt
